I'm looking for a nail kit that includes nail polish, pencils, etc. I live in VA. Any good stores? Buying online is not an option.Where can I buy a nail kit?
Sally's Beauty supplies has a small women's manicure set on sale right now. It comes with all the basic things you need for a manicure like clippers and a cuticle pusher. How ever you can also buy items separately. You can also pick up nail polishes they usually have a sale. A cheap but reliable brand they sell there is Nail Pro art or something its usually underneath the Orly Nailpolishes which is a nother option as well as China glaze which is a little more pricey but you can get them 2 for 8 or about then. Also you can apply for a discount card which will save you even more.
